Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

In short: because your files are delivered instantly, we cannot take products back once they have been downloaded. But if a file is faulty, does not open, or is not as described, we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Just email info@vireondigital.shop.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel. You give that agreement at checkout when you choose to receive your files straight away.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your files, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email us with your order details.

Faulty or incorrect files

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem with your file — for example it will not open, pages are missing, the fillable fields do not work, or it is not what the listing described — please contact us. We will first try to repair or replace it, usually within two working days. If we cannot, or if a fix does not solve the problem, we will refund you in full or in part, depending on the issue.

What we cannot refund

Once a working file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds for:

We are always happy to help, though — if you are having trouble printing or filling in a file, email us and we will walk you through it.

How to contact us

Email info@vireondigital.shop with your name, the email address you used to order, the product name and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
